With over 30 years of full-time ministry experience and 20 years of experience as a founding pastor of New Direction Church, Pastor Spencer understands the depth of pastors needing personal coaching to navigate these turbulent times.

P2P goal is of the utmost importance that we train and equip Pastors to Shepherd their congregations as we head into a post-pandemic world.  It will take a hybrid approach from pastors equipped to lead in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world.  A Church is only as strong as its leaders and as the leader grows the church grows.  By connecting with the P2P Program,
